Mission: We exist to normalise the visibility of diverse people, culture and ideas in society.

Our focus is primarily on women, LGBTQIA+ and First Nations people, although we recognise diversity extends beyond this to ability, age, race, ethnicity and religion.

Services: We uncover and tell stories. We curate and create content. We develop key messages and campaigns. We also make immersive media experiences – all to fulfil our mission to encourage and celebrate diversity at all levels of society.

We partner with organisations, workplaces, brands and communities to communicate, motivate and amplify diversity and inclusion. We come up with ideas, we interview people and write stories. We create articles for newsletters, magazine and other communication platforms. We write scripts, we produce campaigns and direct visual media experiences.

Jonathan Watcham

Hi, I’m Jonathan Watcham – founder and editor here at Dive In Media. I started this business to fill a need I saw to communicate, amplify and celebrate diversity across all sectors of society, including workplaces, community organisations and in businesses of all sizes.

I’m a storyteller, a content creator and a writer. I’m also an entrepreneur. In 2018 I was lucky enough to be part of a team that won an award for the Best Not-For Profit Communications Campaign at the AMI Awards. Join me as I explore the wonderful world of diversity and inclusion.
